A Life-Changing Message?

It’s 1:13am and I’ve just finished a marathon washing-up session!

I knew it was going to be a long shift, so as I scrubbed, rinsed and racked pretty much every kitchen utensil we own, I decided to watch a video to keep me awake. I know I’m prone to exaggeration, but what I ended up watching was literally one of the most life-changing, faith-stretching messages I’ve ever heard. It was so challenging, so encouraging, so humbling and so compelling that I had to post it up on the Rant before hitting the sack.

It’s another Francis Chan sermon, though this time it’s almost an hour long! While I don’t want to give any praise to a man, I have to say that I am immensely grateful to God for the life and ministry of Francis Chan. I’m inspired and energised by his infectious passion for Jesus, his raw honesty and his relentless pursuit of authentic discipleship.

I don’t want to say too much about it, I simply dare you to watch it with an open mind and an open heart.

Let me know what you think…

  1. Good speaker who has the ability to make people laugh as well as listen, he did repeated himself at times, but his message was very understandable. His wish is to follow Jesus go to the Asia nations, with a hope that he can one day be like Pastor(not certain of his name..Von/Bon) who its said, being with him is like walking with Jesus In all its well worth viewing.
Salvation comes only through faith in Jesus and not just as a result of ones good work ….Ephesians 2-8-9…..for it is by grace you have been saved, through faith, this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God, not by works, so that no one can boast.
